Value	Meaning
`pblNone`	No budget category: the initial value of the last-limit bookkeeping prior to any breach
`pblTokenBytes`	A single token went past `ParserMaxTokenBytes`
`pblTotalTokens`	The accumulated token count went past `ParserMaxTotalTokens`
`pblContainerItems`	An array or dictionary went past `ParserMaxContainerItems`
`pblBadTokens`	The bad-token count went past `ParserMaxBadTokens`
