THPDFActionBuilder.ThenAction chains are preserved under the emitted /Next entry
Mouse and focus triggers use /E, /X, /D, /U, /Fo, and /Bl
Page-open, page-close, page-visible, and page-invisible triggers use /PO, /PC, /PV, and /PI and require PDF 1.5
