Bundles the document access, compiled display list, page index and resolution a render backend needs so as to rasterise one page

HPDFPageRenderer

Field	Purpose
`Access`	Document access handle via which the backend reads page resources such as fonts and image XObjects
`DisplayList`	Compiled `THPDFPageDisplayList` holding the page tokens, operators and classified objects
`PageIndex`	Index of the loaded page that is being rendered
`DPI`	Target resolution, in dots per inch, for the output bitmap

Passed to IHPDFPageRenderBackend.RenderPage; custom backends receive the same record as the native GDI backend does
The display list is compiled once per page and can be re-used across requests at different DPI values
Backends must treat Access as read-only and pull resources through it rather than reaching into the document directly
