THPDFPage.GetEmbeddedGlyphID Method

Resolves one Unicode scalar to the exact glyph ID within the current caller-owned embedded font

Uses the cached BMP cmap for values through $FFFF
Uses a binary search over the cached format 12 supplementary map for larger valid scalars
Returns false and sets GlyphID to zero for an unmapped or invalid scalar
