THPDFPage.DrawSVGFormXObject

Places an imported SVG Form XObject in a page rectangle and optionally materialises its safe links as page annotations

  X, Y, W, H: Single; AddLinks: Boolean= True);

The Form stream remains shared across placements whilst link rectangles are scaled from intrinsic SVG coordinates for each target rectangle

Set AddLinks to False when the placement is decorative or when the caller will create custom annotations

Coordinates use the same top-left convention as DrawFormXObject
