THPDFPageAssemblySource Record

Names one input document, its optional password and the page range for collated page assembly

Field	Purpose
`FileName`	Path of the source PDF opened via `LoadFromFile` during assembly
`Password`	Optional password passed on to `LoadFromFile`; leave empty for unprotected documents
`PageRange`	Range expression parsed with `HPDFParsePageRange` against the source page count; an empty string picks all pages

Pass an array of these records to AssembleCollatedPages; sources are visited round by round so that their pages interleave in the target document
An empty PageRange is replaced with 1-N based on the source page count, so whole documents are appended by default
The file must exist on every open; a missing file raises an error naming the source index and the open count reached so far
