px6Complete | PDF/X-6 full conformance; the metadata identification has to read PDF/X-6 |
px6External | PDF/X-6p conformance, which permits an external output intent; the identification has to read PDF/X-6p |
px6NChannel | PDF/X-6n conformance for DeviceN/N-channel colour workflows; the identification has to read PDF/X-6n |
Usage notes
- Set the profile in THPDFPDFX6ValidationOptions.Profile before calling THotPDF.ValidatePDFX6; px6Automatic is the default
- Where the profile cannot be inferred from metadata the validator reports a metadata identification error and carries on with the complete profile
- The effective profile fixes the expected identification string (PDF/X-6, PDF/X-6p, PDF/X-6n) checked against the document metadata
