Returns one recognised Unicode word in top-left bitmap pixel coordinates

Fields

• Text contains valid non-control UTF-16 text
• Left, Top, Right, and Bottom define an ordered box inside the rendered bitmap
• HasBaseline selects BaselineStartX, BaselineStartY, BaselineEndX, and BaselineEndY
• TextHeightPixels supplies the recognition height across the text direction and falls back to box height when non-positive; providers of vertical words should supply a positive cross-text height instead of the word length
• Confidence is a finite value from zero to one and is compared with MinimumConfidence

Malformed text, invalid geometry or low confidence drops the word and increments DroppedWordCount
