Selects whether a loaded image is extracted as the stored encoded bytes or as decoded image data

lismDecoded | Run the stream filter pipeline and write the fully decoded image bytes to the destination stream |
Usage notes
- Pass a value of this type to THotPDF.ExtractLoadedImageToStream, which falls back on lismEncoded when the parameter is omitted
- Use lismEncoded to pull out the original JPEG, JPX or other encoded payload untouched, and lismDecoded when the caller needs raw sample data whatever the stored filter
- Decoded extraction fails (returning False) when the image uses a filter combination the decode pipeline cannot process
