Creates an empty object member under a key and returns it ready for filling

function NewObjectMember(const Key: AnsiString): THPDFJSONValue;

The unit is HPDFDocJobs; the new object replaces any existing member with the same key and belongs to this object

Populate the returned object with the Set*Member accessors such as SetStrMember

NewArrayMember is the counterpart for nested arrays
