Returns the array element at a given zero-based index

function Item(I: Integer): THPDFJSONValue;

The unit is HPDFDocJobs; the returned value belongs to the array and must not be freed by the caller

Use ItemCount to bound the iteration, and check Kind on each element before typed reads

An out-of-range index is a usage error
