Lists the JSON kinds a THPDFJSONValue can hold

THPDFJSONKind = (jkNull, jkFalse, jkTrue, jkNumber, jkString,
  jkObject, jkArray);

• jkNull, jkFalse and jkTrue hold no further data
• jkNumber stores a single double read through Num
• jkString stores UTF-8 text read via Str and Text
• jkObject and jkArray hold owned child values reached through the member and item accessors
