Decodes JBIG2 image data, optionally with shared global data, and exposes the result as whole-page bitmaps or bounded region windows

LoadFromByteArray decodes a full page whilst LoadRegionFromByteArray decodes only the requested rectangle and reports the incremental path through UsedIncrementalRegionDecode

GetScanline returns decoded scanline bytes row by row, and LastRegionDecodeStats plus LastSegmentGraphValidationInfo expose per-call statistics and segment graph findings
