THPDFHeadlessRenderUsage
Declared in HPDFHeadlessCairoDevice
THPDFHeadlessRenderUsage = (hruView, hruPrint);
Assign the value to THPDFHeadlessRenderOptions.Usage; initialise the record with Default first
| Value | Annotation visibility and geometry |
|---|---|
hruView | The default; Hidden and NoView suppress appearances, and Invisible suppresses unknown annotation types; NoZoom and NoRotate affect appearance transforms |
hruPrint | Requires Print set and Hidden clear; Invisible suppresses unknown annotation types, whilst NoView does not suppress printing; NoZoom is ignored and NoRotate remains effective |
ISO 32000 standard annotation types, including PDF 2.0 RichMedia and Projection, with an existing supported normal appearance are handled when Invisible is set; no appearance is synthesised for a visible annotation without one
The PDF 2.0 Invisible rule for unknown annotation types applies to both view and print output, even when Print is set
This static raster path uses existing appearances and does not play embedded media or activate interactive 3D content
Text annotation appearances implicitly use NoZoom and NoRotate in view output; print output ignores their NoZoom behaviour whilst retaining NoRotate
RenderAnnotations=false skips appearances in either usage; other page content and optional-content policy are unaffected by the usage value
This enum selects raster behaviour without authorising printing; the renderer continues to require extraction permission through the borrowed access callback
Unknown enum values raise EHPDFHeadlessRenderError before the permission callback and before destination publication
See Native Linux Cairo renderer for supported appearances, budgets and cancellation
