Each entry is one complete non-empty DER object; Certificates supplements CMS and TSA certificates during chain construction, OCSPResponses contains complete OCSPResponse objects and CRLs contains complete CertificateList objects

Every supplied response or list must authenticate and identify a verified signer or TSA chain certificate; every non-anchor chain certificate must be covered by valid good-status evidence

Certificate and evidence objects are copied for the generated DSS streams after validation; caller arrays remain owned by the caller
