Renders basic HTML onto the document starting from the current page and returns True when at least one block has been emitted

The renderer walks block elements such as paragraphs, headings, lists and horizontal rules using the importer's Margin, BaseFontName, BaseFontSize, ListIndent and BlockSpacing settings, and appends a fresh page whenever the cursor reaches the bottom of the page
