Usage notes
- Build entries with the
HPDFEmbeddedParentTarget,HPDFEmbeddedFileTargetandHPDFEmbeddedAnnotationTargethelpers, which initialise unused members to empty strings and-1 - Assemble entries into an ordered array: parent hops descend into the embedded documents, child entries select the final destination inside them
- Pass the array to the GoToE action builders to produce
