Fields

• GlyphID is the exact glyph index in the selected font program and becomes the Identity CID
• SourceText supplies the UTF-16 text for the glyph's ToUnicode mapping and may contain a complete source cluster
• AdvanceX overrides the natural horizontal advance in page units when HasAdvance is true
• OffsetX and OffsetY position the glyph relative to the run pen without changing the following pen origin
• HasAdvance selects AdvanceX instead of the font hmtx advance
