Determines the title of the outline item
Delphi syntax: property Title: AnsiString
C++ syntax: __property AnsiString Title;
Description Read or change the current outline item's title through the Title property; any new value overwrites the title written to the document A title built purely from ASCII characters goes into the file exactly as given. Where the title contains bytes above 127 it is read as UTF-8 and written out as a Unicode (UTF-16BE) text string, just as annotation text is; bytes which do not make up valid UTF-8 are read in the system code page
