One hash-map entry recording that an object from a source document has already been copied, so shared resources are copied once

HPDFObjs

Field	Purpose
`SourceDocument`	Pointer to the source THotPDF document owning the object; an empty hash bucket is recognised by a nil value
`ObjectNumber`	Object number and generation of the source object, matching part of the hash key
`ObjectBody`	The already-created copy that a lookup hands back when the entry hits

Managed internally through RegisterCopiedObject and the matching lookup, so callers never fill this record in by hand
The hash keys on the source document pointer plus object and generation numbers, so equal object numbers from different documents can never collide
THPDFCopyStructArray is the dynamic array form backing the open-addressing map as it grows
