`SourceBytes`	Length of the input content stream
`OutputBytes`	Length of the rewritten output stream
`ReplacementBytes`	Total bytes inserted by replace actions
`OperationCount`	Operators found in the stream
`VisitedOperatorCount`	Operators actually delivered to the listener
`KeptOperatorCount`	Operators kept unchanged
`DeletedOperatorCount`	Operators removed from the output
