Action a visitor assigns to tell the content-operator walker how to deal with the current operator

HPDFContentStream

Value	Purpose
`coaKeep`	Copy the operator span to the output unchanged; this is the default the walker pre-assigns
`coaDelete`	Drop the operator and its operands from the output
`coaReplace`	Emit the bytes of `THPDFContentOperatorEventData.Replacement` instead of the original span
`coaStop`	End the walk after the current operator, keeping everything already accepted
`coaReject`	Fail the whole edit pass; the walk reports `covsRejected` and produces no output

Visitors only assign an action when they want to change the outcome; leaving the default keeps the stream byte-identical
coaDelete and coaReplace mark the result modified, whilst untouched ranges are still copied directly from the source
Distinguish coaStop from coaReject: stopping is a controlled early exit with partial output, whilst rejecting discards the pass entirely
