Identifies the internal cache layer an admission policy or statistics query applies to

Value	Meaning
`clkRawCompressed`	Coalescing cache over the raw document bytes of the loaded source, used whilst reading the file
`clkDecoded`	Sharded cache holding decoded image and stream data
`clkDisplayList`	Cache of compiled page display lists
`clkRaster`	Cache of rendered page rasters

Pass a value of this type to THotPDF.SetCacheAdmissionPolicy, GetCacheAdmissionPolicy, and GetCacheAdmissionStatistics to configure or read one layer independently of the others
Each layer keeps its own THPDFCacheAdmissionPolicy record (enabled flag, adaptive admission, entry and byte budgets); THotPDF.ResetCacheAdmissionPolicies restores the built-in defaults
Admission decisions feed frequency sketches for each layer, so the raster and display-list layers can evict rarely reused pages first
