Every request must use sikDigest, the same digest and signature algorithm, and the same RSA-PSS salt policy when applicable
The batch count must fit THPDFCSCOptions.MaxBatchSignatures and the credential multisign limit, whilst the response cardinality must match exactly
The provider binds automatic SAD authorisation, retry idempotency, asynchronous polling, and completed-operation replay to the exact ordered batch fingerprint
