function GetCertificateChain: THPDFCSCCertificateChain;Returns a defensive copy of the cached certificate chain for the credential as DER-encoded byte arrays
The chain is populated by RefreshCredentialInfo or by the first signing operation, and the array stays empty until credential information has been loaded
As each entry is an independent copy, callers can hand the result straight to the CMS certificate input without sharing storage with the provider's internal cache
