HPDFXFAHighResolutionTicks

Unit: HPDFXFAPlatform

function HPDFXFAHighResolutionTicks: Int64;

Reads QueryPerformanceCounter on Windows or CLOCK_MONOTONIC on Linux; it reads no calendar timestamp and performs no conversion

Use HPDFXFAHighResolutionFrequency to convert tick differences into elapsed seconds; a failing Linux syscall raises EOSError
