Prepares one actual checkbox appearance using the same native state, mark, caption, font and layout consumers as automatic headless XFA creation

Value and Items contain UTF-8 data; Style carries the metadata emitted by the XFA layout callback, and Width and Height are physical PDF points

The first item supplies the selected export and the second supplies the cleared data value; allowNeutral metadata enables a distinct third neutral export and appearance

Reserved, empty and XFAOn-prefixed exports use distinct appearance aliases whilst Opt retains the literal authored export; raw hash sequences and Unicode exports remain exact

TrueTypeFont supplies the actual default font program; Options.CaptionFontFamilies supplies real additional regular, bold, italic and bold-italic programs

The optional ResolvedCaptionRuns has the same exact payload, formatting and ordered candidate validation as HPDFXFABuildButtonAppearance; only the resolved configured family may differ

FirstObjectNumber must be positive and leave room for all consecutive generated object numbers; the returned bundle owns the reachable native graph until objects are detached

Preparation changes no caller document or stream; input, object, glyph, font, serialised-byte and cancellation budgets apply throughout preparation

Widget identity, page, rectangle and field flags belong to the adopting document; Properties retains AP, AS, V, Opt, MK, H, DA and Q when generated
