The profile is supplied explicitly and unknown profiles never fall back to EXTENDED, whilst French and XRECHNUNG profiles require their country-rule layer

Returns true when every required rule layer completes and no error or warning finding remains, whilst PDF container, XML Schema and transport checks are outside this API
