Usage notes

Use this function once a stream dictionary UseCMap entry has been resolved; that dictionary entry takes precedence over a body usecmap operator

The body supplies the local mapping differences and its own optional WMode, whose default is zero

The caller keeps ownership of Parent and Text; parsing admits entries and polls work using the active thread-local CMap bounds
