The inventory covers Identity-H, Identity-V, the sixteen existing UCS2 and UTF16 maps and 182 further bundled legacy and Unicode encoding maps

Names are case-sensitive, already decoded once by the PDF name reader, and never treated as filesystem paths

A successful check allocates no mapping arrays; HPDFTryBuildBuiltinCMap performs bounded decoding when the map is actually needed
