Returns a bounded DER RFC3161 TimeStampReq with SHA-256 of the supplied signature octets, a fresh 16-byte cryptographic nonce and certReq enabled

Pass the original request to HPDFVerifyHeadlessTimestampResponse so that nonce and imprint checks use the same request
