Build a caller-owned rich-text appearance for a read-only destination, preserving the existing family selection, layout, shaping, object ownership, budgets and cancellation behaviour

This explicit entry accepts Preview/Print-only TrueType outline fonts and embeds complete font bytes without changing permission or no-subsetting flags; restricted, bitmap-only and invalid embedding permissions raise haEmbeddingDenied

The caller must honour the font licence and keep the destination read-only; this API does not authorise editable document embedding

The renderer uses this entry for temporary FreeText fallback objects that are freed after raster output; rendering does not add the generated appearance to the source document

Existing editable family appearance entry points retain their original permission checks

The returned bundle owns all generated objects; callers must free it after consumption
