Signature
function GetMalayalamCategory(CP: Cardinal): Integer;Purpose
Returns the HotPDF syllabic category used by the Malayalam reorder pre-pass. The function is a codepoint lookup, needs no font state, and returns category 0 for values outside the Malayalam range
