THotPDF.AppendStructureMarkedContent Method

Přiřadí jedno MCID v rámci stránky existujícímu strukturnímu elementu přes dictionary MCR a ParentTree stránky

`PageIndex`	Index stránky počítaný od nuly, která marked content vlastní
`MCID`	Nezáporný identifikátor marked-content, který je na stránce unikátní

The method appends <</Type /MCR /Pg ... /MCID ...>> to the structure element K array
Stránka dostane nebo znovu použije svůj klíč StructParents
Invalid pages, negative MCIDs, nil elements, and non-array K entries are rejected
