描述

把檢視器重設為 100% 縮放的動作

建構子把 Caption 預設為 Actual Size、Hint 預設為 Actual size (100%)；執行時對所指定的檢視器呼叫 SetZoomPercent(100)，同時把 ZoomMode 切到 zmPercent

與所有檢視器動作一樣，沒有開啟文件時它保持停用
