參數

TableID	由 CreateTable 函式傳回的 TableID
FirstRow	要設定的第一列列號。最上面的列為第 1 列。
FirstColumn	要設定的第一欄欄號。最左欄為第 1 欄。
LastRow	要設定的最後一列列號
LastColumn	要設定的最後一欄欄號
NewTextSize	指定儲存格範圍的新文字大小 double NewTextSize);
