傳回值
值被接受且程序存在時傳回 1；process id 無效或 commitment 代碼超出範圍時傳回 0
備註
此屬性只影響 ETSI.CAdES.detached SubFilter 路徑。PAdES Table 1 第 d) 列禁止 commitment-type-indication 與 PDF Signature Dictionary 的 /Reason 鍵並用，呼叫端應避免兩者都設定
