參數

MeasureDictID由 GetImageMeasureDict 函式傳回的值 要設定項目的索引。第一個項目的索引為 1。
ItemIndex
NewValue項目的新值。

0MeasureDictID 參數錯誤，或 ItemIndex 參數超出範圍
