備註

DestPage 以零起算；DestType 用 1 到 8 代表 XYZ 到 FitBV；ValueMask 用位元 1、2、4、8、16 代表 left、top、right、bottom 與 zoom

XYZ 允許缺值；FitR 需要遮罩 15；zoom 以百分比表示
