RenderPagesToPrintBuffer 的 ANSI 版本

字串參數接受 ANSI 文字，其餘行為與寬字元字串版本完全相同

傳回值

尺寸查詢或複製成功時傳回正數位元組數；提供的緩衝區太小時傳回負數的所需位元組數；匯出失敗時傳回 0

備註

查詢與複製呼叫各自執行一次匯出，程式庫因此不必在 DLL 實例內保留大型二進位酬載；ANSI 進入點以 UTF-8 解碼 PageRanges
