參數

TableID由 CreateTable 函式傳回的 TableID
Position插入新列的位置。最小值 1，最大值為 GetTableRowCount 函式傳回值加一。
NewRowCount要加入表格的列數

傳回值

0無法加入列。請檢查 TableID 參數，並確認 NewRowCount 大於等於 1；Position 參數也必須在範圍內。
Non-zero加入新列之後表格的總列數。
