描述

結尾的 A 表示 ANSI（char）DLL 進入點；ActiveX/COM 介面只提供 Unicode 形式。行為與 GetTableCellStrProperty 完全相同，字串參數依目前 SetAnsiMode 的字碼頁解讀

傳回指定表格儲存格的字串屬性

參數

TableID由 CreateTable 函式傳回的 TableID 儲存格的列號。最上面的列為第 1 列。
RowNumber
ColumnNumber儲存格的欄號。最左欄為第 1 欄。
Tag301 = Cell contents
