描述
回報簽章 ByteRange 結束所在版次的零起算索引
簽章未結束在版次邊界時傳回 -1，代表簽章宣稱涵蓋的範圍內被附加了位元組

傳回值
傳回版次索引；簽章 ByteRange 未結束在版次邊界則為 -1
