描述
統計簽章在其 CMS 中攜帶的憑證數量
憑證集合超出其所屬 CMS 容器邊界時會遭到拒絕；外層 CMS 物件之後的填充資料仍會被接受

備註
用 GetSignatureEmbeddedCertificateDER 以 0 到本值減一的索引存取憑證。
文件以共用控制代碼讀取，因此驗證器或檢視器已開啟該檔案時也能得到答案
