參數

Left	文字框左上角的水平座標
Top	文字框左上角的垂直座標
Width	The width of the box
Height	The height of the box
Angle	文字框繞左上角旋轉的角度，以度為單位、逆時針量測
Text	要放進框內的文字
Options	0 = 垂直置中對齊 1 = 垂直向上對齊 2 = 垂直向下對齊 3 = 垂直置中對齊，不自動換行 4 = 垂直向上對齊，不自動換行 5 = 垂直向下對齊，不自動換行

傳回值

0	Options 參數超出範圍，或 Width 參數小到放不下任何文字
Non-zero	實際繪製的文字行數 int Options);
