描述

為直接存取的範圍型控制代碼，排入與 StartRangeSourcePrefetch 相同的相依性驅動背景工作

傳回值

傳回直接存取串流本機的正數工作控制代碼；否則傳回零並將 LastErrorCode 設為 401

備註

直接存取檔案必須以 TByteRangeStream 為基礎

DACloseFile 會取消排隊與執行中的工作，並等待作用中的同步讀取返回後才釋放串流
