直接存取功能
描述
此函式取得頁面參照，供其他 Direct Access 函式使用。即使文件加入或移除其他頁面，此頁面參照仍保持不變。

| 0 | 指定的 FileHandle 無效，或 Page 參數超出範圍 |

| Non-zero | 可當成 PageRef 參數、搭配任一直接存取函式使用的 ID |
