參數

TableID由 CreateTable 函式傳回的 TableID
NewColumnCount要加入表格的欄數

傳回值

0無法加入欄。請檢查 TableID 參數，並確認 NewColumnCount 大於等於 1。
Non-zero加入新欄之後表格的總欄數。
