註解與熱點連結

描述

在所選具名目的地加入可點擊的熱點矩形，連到另一份 PDF 文件的特定頁面與位置

要變更熱點框線顏色，請用 SetAnnotBorderColor 函式。

0 = 關閉目前文件，然後開啟新文件

1 = 在新視窗開啟目前文件
