從串流加入 1 位元點陣影像，採用 CCITT Group 3 或 Group 4 壓縮

| CompressionType | Group 3 1D 為 31，Group 3 2D 為 32，Group 4 2D 為 42 |
| Options | Bit 0 writes BlackIs1; bit 1 writes Interpolate |
傳回值
傳回新的 ImageID；點陣圖無法載入或編碼時傳回 0
備註
偏好使用 Delphi 類別 API 而不是手工組裝底層 PDF 物件時，使用此包裝函式
